Interfraternity Council Judicial Board

The purpose of the Interfraternity Council Judicial Board is to hold chapter’s accountable for their actions as well as impose sanction for Chapters who dealings violate the Interfraternity Council’s by-laws. IFC Judicial Board is overseen by the Vice President of Judicial Affairs and Communication, and it composed of 1 representative from each IFC member chapter who is trained in the Interfraternity’s judicial process and procedures.  Each representative has the discretion to present any sanction that they feel deems necessary as well as vote on the sanction that is presented.  The Vice President of Judicial Affairs and Communication has no vote, and attends solely to help facilitate the proceedings.  No other Interfraternity Council Executive Board member is present at the proceedings.  In the case that the Vice President of Judicial Affairs and Communication is unable to attend, the Vice President of Administration will take his place.

If you have any questions in regards to the Interfraternity Council’s Judicial policies or procedures, please contact the Vice President of Judicial Affairs and Communication, Tobias Haglund, at thaglund@ucsd.edu
